_) After the successful real estate foray in Dubai, renowned luxury car brand Lamborghini has now joined forces with Dar Global to introduce an exciting project called Tierra Viva, in the exclusive village of Benahavis, just a 10-minute drive from beautiful Marbella. Inspired by iconic super sports car designs, the exclusive complex will feature 53 standalone villas strategically situated at varying elevations across the picturesque hills of the region, offering breathtaking panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean Sea.

The Three Different Types of Villas
_) The complex features three different types of villas, Diamante (6 bedroom), Zafiro (5 bedroom), and Esmeralda (4 bedroom) and will have marble floors, fine leather and loads of glass.
_) Every individual unit within the complex provides convenient direct car access, and boast luxurious amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool, multiple terraces, and a spacious garden.
_) According to the developer, the project is currently “under development” and is scheduled to be finished by 2027. At the moment, there is no information available regarding the pricing of the villas.
Lamborghini Unveils A 4,000-HP Luxury Yacht
The interiors are the result of high-tech design based on super-performing materials for weight and function. Priced at 3 million Euros, or approximately $3.4 million the yacht is limited to only 63 examples.
