巴黎 La Fondation 將一座原本只為汽車存在的 60 年代停車場，重新轉化為融合酒店、康體、餐飲與文化活動的複合式公共場所，讓粗獷混凝土結構再次回到城市日常之中。     巴黎 Les Batignolles 街區中的 La Fondation，將 20 世紀 60 年代辦公樓與停車場重新整合，轉化為結合酒店、餐飲、康體與文化活動的複合式場所。PCA-STREAM 保留原有混凝土骨架，讓這座原本服務車流的建築，重新回到城市日常之中。 適應性再利用專案往往傾向保留原有建築外殼，再透過新的材料與立面語彙柔化舊建築的工業感。但位於巴黎的 La Fondation，選擇了另一種方式。PCA-STREAM 並未刻意隱藏停車場原有的粗獷結構，而是保留混凝土框架，重新整理立面、動線與公共空間，讓原本封閉的停車場與商辦建築，轉化為更開放的 mixed-use development。最有趣的是，那些曾經服務車流的空間，如今反而成為人們停留與交流的場所。
